An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include
Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with.
Responsible for the safe, timely, and courteous acceptance and retrieval of guest vehicles.
Effectively respond to manager's requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.
Provide the highest level of guest service to all guests in accordance with company policy, goals and objectives.
Accept incoming vehicles (ticketing, etc.) appropriately.
Handle vehicle and keys appropriately.
Retrieve vehicles.
Report accidents and vehicle damage appropriately and in accordance with State and Federal DOT regulations and Company policy.
Maintain logs, vehicle counts, etc. as per department policy.
Comply with company policies, all state and federal regulations, and internal controls as it relates to this position.
May use the micros POS system and includes cashier responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent
Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
Must possess a valid driver's license, have a good driving record, and be insurable through the company carrier. Must have the ability to operate various vehicles including oversized trucks and be able to use a manual transmission.
Must have the endurance to move quickly for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to work various shifts.
Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills.
Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must have clean & valid driver's license.
Must be able to obtain TIPS certification.
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
