Your daily responsibilities include
Responsible for fostering a fun environmentResponsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workersResponsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored eventsMaintains company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary.Responsible for developing processes to ensure all HR/HRIS processes are done accurately and in accordance with property policies and state regulations (i.e. Gaming, I-9, employee file maintenance, etc)Responsible for maintaining I9 information, and ensuring that employees are in compliance with work authorization rules and regulationsPublishes and maintains Company Organizational ChartsAnswers questions on general HR Benefits and HR programsOversees the administration and corresponding documents of benefits programs, FMLA, personal leave requests, etc. Also, responsible for maintaining relationships with benefit vendors.Support HR Business Partners and operators as neededEntry level knowledge of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database in order to ensure data integrity including ability to appropriately complete rehire/reinstatement/property to property transactions, proper coding of data input to maintain system accuracy, and to allow for appropriate troubleshooting and system analysis when errors are detectedOther HR tasks as assigned
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set
Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Must enjoy hosting others
Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources. Prior gaming knowledge preferred
Working knowledge of HR systems, Ultipro, Icims, FileBound, desired, but not required
Ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze and draw valid conclusions
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
