We are looking for an organized candidate to join our Plainville, MA team! Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have great attention to detail.
Washes and conditions vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under-carriage and waxing/buffingDetails vehicles for displayWashes and maintains detail areaInspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation.
Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standardsAssists technicians with prep work and equipmentRV lot maintenance and seasonal yard workHelps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functionsSweeps and mops floorsVacuums carpetsEmpties trash receptaclesFollows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rulesAttends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredRequirementsUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Neat, clean, and professional appearanceExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressAble to work independently with minimal supervisionHighly professional and dependableSafety and customer service orientedBasic computer and internet skillsAble to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as neededA desire to work in a performance based environment.
